Small Pacific Island countries say climate change remains the overwhelming challenge for their future.
Leaders from across the Pacific, including the Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard, are gathering in New Zealand for the Pacific Islands Forum.
Small Island countries – including Kiribati and Tuvalu – have been extremely vocal about the threat of sea level rise. The Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum, Tuiloma Neroni Slade, says work is being done to access global funds to help deal with the issue. Read more here
